Notably, in the main event, Tetsuya Naito challenged Shane Haste for the GHC Heavyweight Championship, his first-ever time fighting for NOAH's top title. The show also featured the first round of a two-day tournament to crown the first GHC200 Championship, in which all matches have a 200-second time limit.
